Before Civil CFO, I served as a nuclear engineer in the United States Navy. Meet Michael King, CEO
I started my career as a nuclear engineer on submarines in the U.S. Navy. The job was simple: no surprises, ever.
When I moved into the business world in 20201, I kept seeing the same pattern in construction: impressive revenues, horrible margins. CEOs were flying blind on cash, WIP, and margins because there was no affordable way to get true CFO-level leadership.
In 2016, I started Civil CFO to fix that. Since then, our team has help nearly 100 businesses scale from 7 to 8 figures, increase margins, and reduce debt - at a fractional of the cost of a full-time CFO.
